Trial
In regards to setting up your trial, we are able to do your trial on week days or late nights are Tuesday and Thursday till 7:30pm. We can’t do trials on weekends as we are always fully booked with weddings and events. Your trial will take 1 hour per service and we will do as much as we can in that hour. On the occasion that you may have more looks that we can fit into the hour, we suggest a second trial is booked.
Payment
As you will see on your invoice provided, a deposit is required to completely secure your booking. Your final payment is during the week leading up to your event. We do not offer credit. Please see the "Payments" section of our Terms and Conditions below.
Ideas
Working out your bridal style is so much fun, it will really help you and us if you start to collate images from magazines, google, websites and blogs so that we can discuss the styles that will suit you, what will work and what won't and come up with the most perfect style for you
Hair styling
Please wash and dry your hair the day before. Ensuring it is completely dry with no product and preferably knot free for us!
Make up
Look after your skin as well as you can, drink lots of water and avoid spicy foods and too much alcohol the night before your event. On the day please arrive fresh faced with no makeup, feel free to use your favourite moisturiser but please no moisturisers or sunscreens higher than a SPF 15
Room set ups
It is preferable a dining table is cleared to work from, and also required is 1 normal height chair for hair styling and a bar stool if you have one. A mirror (free standing or one that can be put at the necessary height) for hair styling is required.
Arrival
It is always helpful to assist bringing in the vast equipment in from the car; there is quite a bit to carry and it can be quite difficult for us to carry it all in and then do a wonderful job on you - particularly if the parking is not convenient, or there are steps or steep hills to carry up.
Parking
If we require to pay for parking we will need to add this to your invoice, if you have a free park we can use please let us know about it in advance.

Early morning fee
As we have probably also discussed should we need to be on location before 8am there will be a fee of $50 per hour, per stylist. This will be calculated on a per minute basis.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking form
By completing the booking form or upon confirmation of your booking via email or text you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below. Once your booking has been confirmed, the booking is 100% locked in.
2. To be ready time and Booking details
All booking form details filled in by the client will be followed through with, unless later specified and agreed upon via return email or text confirmation from your assigned Supervisor.
3. Pricing
Pricing is as specified on invoice or as quote specified.
4. Payments
All confirmed payments require a deposit as highlighted on your invoice.
All services completed are to be paid for in full prior to the day of the wedding, failure to do so with no communication will be assumed as a cancellation.
5. Cancellations & Postponements
Once the deposit has been paid, it is 100% non-refundable. If a client cancels an appointment within 5 working days of the booking a 50% cancellation fee is payable, if the client cancels on the day 100% payment is due. If the client cancels soon after booking (within 1 month) there is an administration fee of $100. If a client cancels a wedding within 8 weeks of the booking 100% is payable, anything before that and after 1 month 50% is due.
6. Booking amendments
All amendments to bookings can generally be fitted in and we are happy to try our best to work around any changes. However we do need these locked in 2 weeks before the event for the timing of your day.
7. Wedding Booking Minimum
We require a 4 person minimum for makeup and hair for Weddings that require more than 20 minutes travel from Wellington CBD
8. Postponements: All postponements require 24 hours notice. Any postponements made on the day will be treated as cancellations.
9. Traveling Fee: Travel is inclusive for the first 20 minutes to the booking address. Travel is quoted on a per job basis, please ask for more information. It is dependent on how many artists you need also. Please remember to consider this is a return trip.
